The RUBERG CAFS 30 system is equipped with a VanAir compressor with 3000 l/min capacity and 17 kW power. The compressor operates at 6-9 bar working pressure with oil/air cooling and oil lubrication.
The maximum air pressure in the system is 9 bar. The system ensures stable working pressure in the 6-9 bar range for optimal foam production.
The system is equipped with electronically controlled mixing chambers available in 2½" and 1½" sizes according to customer request. One chamber is installed as standard with the possibility of expansion upon user request.
The system provides adjustable expansion ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:15. The wide expansion range allows foam properties to be adapted to various firefighting applications.
The volume flow for 2" connection is 0-1500 l/min, and for 2½" connection is 0-2000 l/min. The maximum CAFS system capacity reaches approximately 3500 l/min.
The system features an electronically controlled proportioner with a plunger pump driven by a 24V DC motor with 0.75 kW power. The water metering range is 50-2400 l/min, foam 0.04-19 l/min with class A/B foam support.
